Physician Core Care (PCC) was founded in 2009 with the notion that healthcare needed to be more open, transparent and patient-centered. It’s with these core tenets in mind that we began our business primarily in the Electronic Health Records space.
Over the ensuing years, as the political and regulatory landscape began to rapidly evolve, we utilized our years of shared industry experience and shifted our attention to the laboratory management vertical in the healthcare world. Leveraging the myriad relationships we had fostered over the years, PCC developed nationwide partnerships with healthcare companies, physician networks, independent representatives, medical distributors and forensic laboratories, creating a network to serve providers of all sizes and specialties to meet their exacting clinical diagnostic needs.
While our geographic sales and service footprint may have altered dramatically over the past decade, we remain very much a local company rooted in its founding principles: placing patients and their needs at the heart of every interaction; open, transparent business practices; a thorough understanding of a provider’s business goals and personal aspirations are critical; and keeping clinical care local.
As PCC continues to grow and evolve, we are now embarking on forging relationships with community hospitals, health systems and Integrated Deliver Networks and their laboratory teams. Thanks to our nationwide presence of representatives and channel partners, we act as a de facto sales force for these institutions, strengthening local economies and enhancing revenues in the process.
